Alex Sulkin
Founder & CEO
Alex is a seasoned advisor, engineer, and problem solver with over 20 years of experience working with engineering firms. He has more than 10 years of experience in technical project management, leading cross-functional teams, and consulting for dozens of technology startups. After earning his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Alex spent over a decade developing high-tech products across the semiconductor, telecom, IoT, Food Tech and energy sectors, both in Canada and internationally. Thanks to his unique experience and expertise, Alex can quickly understand his clients’ needs and challenges, allowing him to provide tailored and effective solutions.
Passionate about innovation, he thrives on collaborating with teams that are creating cutting-edge solutions to real-world challenges. He has extensive knowledge and expertise of the SR&ED program guidelines and boasts an impeccable track record, having never lost an audit.
Olga Krochak
VP of Business Development
Olga Krochak, CFRE, serves as the Vice President of Business Development at SR&ED Hub Advisors. With over a decade of experience in fundraising and business development, Olga has a proven track record of building new programs and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and relationship building. During her career, she has successfully secured over $8 million in funding for small and mid-sized charities, predominantly in grants and corporate funding, including a $1M federal grant for a sustainable initiative.
As a founder herself, Olga deeply understands the challenges and opportunities that entrepreneurs face. She has helped numerous organizations diversify revenue streams, grow constituent bases, and achieve financial security. Her expertise in mentoring teams, optimizing engagement strategies, and fostering corporate partnerships positions her as a trusted advisor to business leaders and startups alike.
In her role at SR&ED Hub Advisors, Olga leverages her extensive experience to help businesses maximize their SR&ED tax credits while building long-lasting client relationships.
Olga holds an MA from the University of Calgary and has received several awards, including the 2022 Government of Alberta Women’s Newcomer Impact Award.

Project Manager
Tracy is a dynamic and proactive professional with a proven track record in customer service, sales, marketing, administrative support, and operations management. With extensive experience running a national franchise company with locations from coast to coast, she has successfully guided entrepreneurs in growing their businesses and developed a deep understanding of small business operations.
